Here are some feeds from some of my favorite online Web design magazines. These magazines are brilliant in offering freebies from Photoshop brushes, templates, fonts, etc. including fantastic tutorials – from beginner to advanced – that can serve anyone looking to learn more about Web design. I'm also testing a new WP plugin called Syndicate Press from Henry Ranch. It's designed to allow you to use feeds in posts and on pages.
Below are the titles for the sites and in bold are the feed titles. With the plugin, you can place html code on the title tags (I used h3 for the site titles and strong for the feed article titles). You can also set up how many feed items you want brought in (I set it to 2) as well as the character limit for the feed (I set it at 200). The plugin will allow you to pull in the full text descriptions, but you can't edit them – so you basically get one, large paragraph.
You can also set the plugin to pull in information about the feed amongst other things. The plugin is in beta testing right now, but so far, I think it's pretty cool!
